Sara Nevedal is an accomplished instructional designer, technical trainer, and mother passionate about creating transformative learning experiences. Throughout her career, Sara's versatility has shone through. Her proficiency in various areas, including adult learning theory, instructional design, multimedia authoring, graphic and web design, technology training, research, and communication, has made her an asset in any learning environment.  
In 2005, she became one of the first Creative Geniuses at Apple's retail stores. For ten years, her natural ability to connect and empathize with learners of varying technical backgrounds and her engaging teaching style earned her a reputation for enriching lives with successful one-on-one and group training experiences. Sara's expertise expanded further during her tenure at North Carolina A&T's IT department from 2015 to 2019. She enhanced the organization's learning and development initiatives as a key team member. By proposing and implementing an employee Learning Management System, she drastically increased training program participation and introduced the convenience of online professional development.  
She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at North Carolina A&T in Media Design with a focus on art direction. At UNC Greensboro, Sara has expanded her skill set, managing and implementing training programs using ADDIE and SAM models. She has also honed her expertise in designing and delivering online courses, solidifying her position as an innovative instructional designer. 
Sara's dedication to continuous improvement and lifelong learning is evident from her pursuit of a Master of Education in Training and Development at NC State University. She anticipates graduating in 2024, eager to apply her newfound knowledge to significantly impact the learning and development space.
