This training was designed to get faculty and staff up and running in OneDrive in support of university migration efforts from Google to Microsoft 365.

ServiceNow incident management is a systematic approach that facilitates the identification, tracking, and resolution of disruptions or incidents within an organization’s IT infrastructure, services, or operations. It involves the efficient capture of incident details, classification based on impact and urgency, and the orchestration of workflows to restore normal operations swiftly and minimize any negative impact on business processes.

The Emma email platform is a versatile marketing automation software that empowers businesses to create, optimize, and deliver engaging email campaigns to their target audience.
